The day starts early at Ceramic Coat Texas. Gage, the General Manager, rolls in as the sun comes up—bright and early to get a jump on the day. The office lights are on, the TV plays highlights from previous jobs, refreshments are ready for guests, the pool table is set, and all of our neatly arranged spray bottles are ready for purchase.
Before long, the rest of the team—Tim, Allan, and Ross—arrive. It’s a good feeling seeing the crew come together, ready to take on the day.

Then the action starts.
First up, a few drop-offs roll in: a Land Rover scheduled for Paint Protection Film, an Audi in for Ceramic Coating, and an F-150 pulls up for its courtesy maintenance wash. Everything starts moving. Gage puts on some tunes, Allan plugs in a polisher, Tim’s prepping the PPF, and just like that—the day is in full swing. Then the man who makes this whole thing happen stops in—the man himself, Andrew Hayslip. He checks in on the team, making sure CCT is running like the finely tuned machine it’s become after six years of being in business.

Phone calls are made to past guests to follow up and ensure their coatings and PPF installs are holding up out in the wild. It’s common to see UPS and Amazon trucks rolling through, dropping off supplies like fresh coating products and rolls of Paint Protection Film. The day keeps moving, and so does the momentum.
The day usually wraps up with what’s known as the 4 o’clock rush—the wildest time at the shop. Everything kicks into high gear: cars are being picked up, dropped off, phones are ringing, and the team is double-checking every detail to make sure each vehicle is ready to go.

It can get a little hectic, but when a guest arrives to pick up their freshly protected vehicle, they’re always in a great mood. Whether it’s their first time seeing the deep, mirror-like gloss from a Ceramic Coating or experiencing how seamless and invisible the Paint Protection Film looks, the reaction is always the same—pure excitement. They know their ride looks amazing and how it is now protected.
